Martine's Building

Located on a high traffic artery entering Pensacola’s historic downtown, the Martine’s building is the result of combining three (3) separately constructed buildings.  SMP Architecture introduced a cadence and rhythm by adding equally spaced windows and brick arches as well as incorporating a high visibility entry by creating a center, dominant vertical element with building signage. The adaptive reuse building is comprised of commercial and residential occupancies.
