Baylen Lofts

An adaptive reuse of the old Bill Thompson Office Equipment building, Baylen Lofts brought Downtown Pensacola five open-concept townhomes.  The design retained the original building structure, while incorporating larger windows, balconies, and a redesigned pedestrian-scaled facade.  Developed and designed by SMP Architecture, Baylen lofts was a milestone project reinforcing Pensacola’s downtown renaissance.
